The worst Hotel experience in my life. Got checked out with my stuff when I went out and came back. 11.30 pm when I came back, they say they are fully sold out. The staff here thereafter says that I have to pay once again and take a refund if you want a room. I hope no nee ever gets such an experience

Killer property in the heart of the city. First time check-in and im gonna make this hotel as my favourite, nearby metro station, hottest restaurants, pubs all in your walkable distance. Only thing which i noticed, the restaurant was under maintenence, the receptionist said it took 2-3 months. But still its a worth of staying and move around.

The hotel is located nearby in front of church Street area with cafes and good street food and music specially on weekends. The hotel has the best rooms maintained well. The only thing it lacked was a restaurant. Breakfast is a must when on vacation. Looking forward to breakfast n a restaurant the next time we visit. Definitely will refer this place to many.

You are at one end of MG Road when staying here. The central hub of Bangalore. It is kind of tucked in off the main street providing privacy but be prepared for the nightclub in their restaurant and its loud music on Saturday nights. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Bathrooms are of high standards. I did not try the room service because there are plenty of places in walking distance to get out and eat. Linens and room make up was great. I did find a bit of a musty smell in room when I first arrived, but turning on the AC for a couple of hours to filter and dry the airsolved that issue. The mini fridge was hopeless. It's a piezoelectric fridge and even though it ran all day and night it was always warmer than the room temp. There were three ceiling lights that had no off/on switch other than the master room switch operated by placing room key in a wall slot when you are in the room. So to turn lights off for sleep I had to pull the key out of the master switch, which also turns off electric to outlets so I could not charge phone at night while sleeping. For the price a great place. I'd definitely stay again and recommend to others too.
