A few of the basic menu items were not available with minimal crowd (total 8 guests in the room). Just felt they did not want to make the effort for elaborate dishes and was easier to refuse a customer. Haven’t heard of even a dhaaba that would refuse Romali Roti. I had gone there after 5+ years and the experience was average. The Nihari and Kakori was good.

Absolutely divine food with excellent service. The pleasant company may have helped but a definitely worth a visit for fine dining. Strongly recommend the Kakori kebab and the Koh-e-Awadh with any of the rotis. The lamb just melted in your mouth. Service was excellent but the chairs could have been a little more comfortable.

I am writing this review after visiting the place few months ago. The memory still lingers. The ambience is great with wood paneled floors and walls. Elegant green leather sofa and colonial paintings.we choose the tasting menu. . It's worth the money for the food lover who appreciates authentic cuisine. The service matches the food and ambience with friendly faces and smiles. There is another restaurant by the pool side but for a romantic private dinner, Dum Pukht is the choice

Had a fantastic dining experience. The food was exquisite, and the service was excellent. Puneet guided us through the menu, even making accommodations for us to combine smaller portions of multiple dishes so we can have a better culinary experience. The food was cooked to perfection, and it was every bit of the luxury experience we have come to expect from an ITC restaurant. Will be coming here again, and would recommend others to do so too.
