I have gone through the review and found in most cases complaining ‘Long Waiting Time’ .It happens when you consult after or before your scheduled time. But what I experienced that the doctor is very humble… listening all my health related issues very patiently and explained me very well about my health and prescribed the medicines what actually needed. I am satisfied with the service. Expected to receive this type of good in future also.

Dr Shaibal Guha is God for my Family. My Patient is getting Diabetic treatment after his both leg amputation in a train accident since 2005. He is the only Dr who can treat him. He has Kidney problem, BP, Heart problem and many other ailments. But Sir gives a quality medicine due to which my patient survives. I am grateful for his devotion towards his Patients. Doctor is good but waiting time is high. I was asked to come at 3pm to show the test reports. Had to wait for 1.5 hours. Instead of asking to wait please give an appointment such that unnecessary waiting is not required.

19th Oct-If somebody is a regular patient, he will understand that Dr Guha's focus is primarily to increase the quantity of drugs rather than curing disease. You can cross-verify it also, say if you went for check up of your diabetes and tell him that you had a body ache 15 days back, he will add one medicine in list to cure body ache though now you don't feel the need for that medicine.( just an example) He will ask you to continue that medicine until next visit atleast. ( You will keep guessing the reason for consuming that drug till that time incase you don't question him) Also, he will not try to deep dive into your problem, here in this case ,say, body ache problem. He has some super expensive drugs ( alternate medicine available at 1/3rd price even)in his list which he writes to most of his patients, who have diabetes and BP. Do verify that as well from other patients sitting in the clinic at that time. 21st Oct -Reply to Your Comment Sir - With due respect, I am just sharing a perspective of a Patient who is not able to understand the root cause of his illness though he visits to your clinic very frequently. If you spend time explaining the root cause of the problem and reason for prescribing any medicine to your patient ( expensive or cheaper) then the queue of waiting patients will definitely increase multifold. And patients will trust you furthermore.
