Very Unprofessional, Not at all Punctual, Dumb & Rude Staff. Dr. Sandeep Gupta Ji is good & well known personality in Bilaspur but the most important thing he lacks in is Professionalism. He thinks that other person's time is not important at all and we are like atm machines. Actually, he is not serving common people or humanity. He sees his profession as a pure Business in every aspect.

First of all, there are no timings per se that when doctor will arrive & see patients. It is all upon his mood & convenience. If you are a new patient he'll charge 1000 Rs. & if you are an old patient but somehow didn't show up in last few months then be prepared to give 1000rs. from your own pocket.
It took more than 6 hours for a checkup in my case and there are hoardes of MRs swarming like bees which makes the delay even more excruciating.
To be honest getting a darshan of Lord Balaji in Tirupati doesn't take that long. Such a shame how things are run in this place.
Avoid this doctor, if you truly care about your loved ones and to avoid tearing your hair out of frustration.
