Old & poor Maintained rooms. Bad and stinking smell coming. Hope after Mr Punith death is not properly maintained. I don't recommend it to my friend.

The receptionist come - manager or whatsoever was extremely disrespectful and completely changed the tariff that was spoke of. He said, "That's it, thank you" and continued to do his work. Worst hotel ever!!!

TL;DR: Had an unsatisfactory experience. Would not recommend. Ease of access: [ ] Navigation accuracy - The place was easy to locate and the navigation was accurate. [ ] Route preference - There are multiple routes to the hotel as it's a crowded location overall. [ ] Wheelchair accessibility - This place is not wheelchair accessible. [ ] Parking space - Two wheeler parking available, but limited four wheeler parking. Experience: [ ] Space - The place is fairly spacious. [ ] Ambience - The place is brightly lit with warm lighting and has a decent ambience. [ ] Crowd - The place was close to empty when we visited. [ ] Pricing, quality and service - No valet - it was as if the hotel was run by just the receptionists. Room cleaned without permission - We did not ask them to clean the room but things were rearranged and the room was cleaned without permission. Online payment receipt not acknowledged - Receipts for online payment done in advance was not acknowledged without argument. Room AC not functioning - We had to change rooms in the middle of the night because the AC wasn't functioning. Luggage handling - We had to carry the heaviest of the luggage and the ones they did help with, the handling was rash. ID proofs were not given back - We weren't given our ID proofs back till we went back to the room, realised and came back to ask for it. Restaurant quality / quantity not satisfactory and expensive - The items were too expensive for the quality and quantity provided. There are better restaurants nearby where you could eat better at half the price. Room key was not swapped properly - After we changed rooms, the room keys were not swapped until we realised it the hard way on the next day. [] Rooms: They were just okay. Moderately spacious but nothing to write home about.
