Intially I don't the process here, to know the process I called to them before coming day, they didn't lift the calls of we tried to reach them better don't ty to call.
Finally we decided to come directly to hospital, we reached the hospital at 10am bcz i am non-local.
After entering into hospital, Receptionist told that number system will available from early hours of 5-7am. I have requested the receptionist to provide the number in anyone of the absence, after waiting of 2 hours she gave the number "16" at 12:30PM.
After 1 hour I went to the receptionist and she told to wait till 2pm/post lunch will send to meet the doctor.
The tragedy comes here, post lunch staff will change.
Post Lunch after 2PM, the another receptionist came and I told the entire story to him and he spoke to me very rashly and he asked me to wait to complete all the members till 5:30PM.
Finally we met the doctor at 6PM after waiting of 8hours but doctor see us in 10min only.
To meet the doctor of 10min time, do we need to wait 8hours ?
