Doctors are good but response of the receptionists are rude. As they are handling patient and panicked family members hence they need to be more polite and humble. Our visit time was at morning 8:30 hence around 7:50 we called to enquire about Dr. and we were informed that it is as per schedule. On reaching it was said that Dr. is absent and the housekeeping lady gave false information. And the receptionist rather blamed on us for calling prior to 8 stating that they are not responsible for wrong information. They need to understand that at this era such responses are not considered polite but rather very condescending. Need to improve behaviour.
