Worst staff no sense of talk with patients. Talk with elderly patients so rudely.number system follows for patients but if u forgotten ur number once they treat that u r the culprit and take new appointment which is very harassing as now a days every patient has no time to visit twice for the same problem.they treat patients as they are servants after taking prior appointment and ur late for 5 min. staff tells that tumhara number gaya tumhare aagey wale ka number chal raha hai ab kal fir se aana are this treatment with patients are not harassing?

I took my daughter for checkup, while confirming their timing by 7. The moment we reached at clinic, the staff did not attended infact they were so rude that they just did not hear what i had to say. My daughter had ear pain which was severe. And they keep on telling me that timing 6 and not 7. Which i clearly told them that i confirmed and came. Not a patients hospital, clearly showed that they wanted money for emergency. Well I understand you have uneducated staff but atleast teach them to be polite. The staff told me its my mistake that I didnt change their timing online thats the level on illterate they are.

Worst ever experience at clinic. They don't even care from where patients came and before going to the doctor, you need to suffer a lot from outsider staff. One who experienced treatment will never wish to visit again.
Very very very very disappointing. Need some improvement to serve better. I have visited so many ENT surgeons but unfortunately, I have to visit here in this pandemic situation. Otherwise, I prefer others than this.

Such a pathetic service at this hospital they dont care about your problem he just want print his own money not a basic query resolves he want to through you outside in 2 miniut just attend more petints to earn more money they not even care about petints and hospital have not proper equipment he used old unhygienic equipment they dont care about petints how he facing issue with that equipment never visit this hospital again in my life and not reffrer to go this hospital
