This was my first visit to Dr. Rai's clinic. He listened to me patiently, examined me thoroughly and also explained to me in detail the line of treatment.
His fees is also reasonable and staff was courteous.

I have completed two laser session from this clinic, and because there is no way i could provide a feedback to doctor directly i am compelled to write this review about laser sessions.
~ first of all Dr. is really nice & humble and he listens the concern patiently. Fees is also reasonable.
About laser sessions:-
1. people who had conducted my first laser session didn't properly cover whole face.they should Atleast give proper time doing upper lips that was done hurriedly, because all the patients are called on same day.
2. The new guy who did second session was atleast patient.Was understanding as well. I hope the same guy does rest of the sessions.
Main issue is if you are shaving whole face (which is a standard procedure), it would be better if u mark the places where you see some long hair, coarse hair. if you leave those spots again & again in sessions, no matter how many sessions i attend it's a botched job at the end of the day.
After two sessions there are certain spots on my face which wasn't even touched, as a result i can see some hair growth whereas there is no such hair growth at other places.
Same goes with upper lips, there are some spots with no hair growth, some where you can see full hair growth. It's an Ardent request to take time doing upper lips.
I don't know the technicalities in detail but if it's possible to mark such places and then handler operates on those spots specifically while doing whole face it would result in a better job ???
After shaving i don't know how do they understand which area had more growth.
I am writing this with a hope that Doctor reads it as a feedback not as a criticism of his clinic. My mother is your fan, but i guess this is a loophole that you should consider, correcting.
I understand it's not possible to talk to every person coming for laser session but please please allow those patients who have some serious concern, or meet them after two sessions?? i requested receptionist but she outrightly denied, i just wanted to show you my hormone & ultrasound report :^) .

One of the Best clinics in Lucknow for Skin/Hair related diseases. Very well maintained clinic along with very professional staff.
Doctor is also very polite and professional, if you're facing any kind of Skin / Hair related issue , you can consider this place once.
