My experience at the Dhamma Nag centre was divine. This was my first experience with both the centre and the Vipassana technique itself, and it felt so liberating. The nature inside their premises is beautiful. It really helps us with the whole 'clear seeing' ? Grateful for the delicious food that I got to eat throughout the 10 days. Healthy and balanced diet ? Their kitchen staff are all so sweet and kind. The room provided was more than comfortable. There was so much privacy for one to remain with their own thoughts. Zero distractions enabling us to follow the meditation technique with ease. Weather here(June 22nd to July 3rd) was initially hot for first 2-3 days, but then started the showers which cooled down the entire area making it super green ? With the busy schedule of meditate-eat-meditate-sleep-repeat, there was not enough time to appreciate the nature around us ? but, oh! what an experience. Coming to the technique, it's terrific. Personally experienced a change within myself. I wish for all humans to get a chance to learn this meditation to be free of misery from deep within. It's backed by science; the law of nature which is impermanence. Practicing it on daily basis, after learning at the centre for 10 days enables one to be free of any form of negativity. I suggest everyone to give it a try. Taking out just 10 days from our hectic lives must not be a problem when it's for our own good ? it's also fully free of cost. I was able to experience the course only from the donation given by the student before me. Therefore I made a donation so that someone else gets the benefits of this wonderful teaching ? I've come back a changed person with no reactions to the monotonous life that makes one wonder about their life's purpose on the existential level. The teacher was able to clear my doubts time to time and the elderly couple who run this center have been nothing but accomodating of and kind and generous to every single person attending the course at the center. Will remain ever thankful to the wonderful opportunity I got at the place. I got Dhamma and wish for all you to get it too ??

Had a great experience at Dhammanag Vipassana Center Nagpur. I applied in July so the atmosphere was helpful for Dhamma sadhana. The place is very silent which is good for us to do sadhna, I have learned the importance of time and its great lesson for the whole life, the food and accommodation was very good. Great place you want to go nearby yourself and nature you can visit it using directly ola form nagpur railway station or go by highway ask for mahurzari gav or go by fetri then ask anyone for lift(it was my first time I visited that place and I was Lucky I got right from someone who is also take participate in Vipassana Shibir!)
