I booked this hotel through Agoda on March 1st 12noon to March 2nd 11am. Booked time March 1st around 10:30am. After booking i called this hotel through phone for confirmation but the person from Dev Paradise speaking very rudely and without respect. He told if you booked through Agoda you ask Agoda but not to hotel. We never allot room for you if you booked through Agoda even though amount was paid and don't come here , also we should not pay any refund . I paid amount but Hotel not allotted room for me eventhough amount was paid and till now refund not done also the hotel person very very very very worst to handle customers. Don't prefer this hotel they are number one cheating and fraud.
