Great gym, worth your money,good trainers and equipments Update: after 6+ months The gym is still good for beginners as well as for experienced gym goers. They have 3 trainers to help you with any doubts you have while doing your workouts and also provide good personal training.

I joined this gym for a month in july and I was very disappointed with my experience. The equipment’s which are very few in itself are not maintained at all. There were cobwebs on all machines and some were broken. After a month itself I stopped. A gym has to be well lit and well maintained or atleast clean for optimum performance. This was total negligence.

Saturday: 5:30 am to 8 pm
