D.a.v lake has a good environment in its surrounding. The peole here of rongkethe are very friendly and helpful. The lake is the fishing hotspot here in diphu people from other villages around diphu come here to fish

The glory and the beauty is lost. Once, a beautiful and pioneer in culturing the pisciculture. The lake area were well maintained . But now due to the rapid change of human existence have destroyed the beauty that once it command. The mismanagement of the lake like using it for emerssion that by town committee for almost 5 years have destroyed the beauty of the lake including the ecosystem. The authority must take up quick me Cesar step to bring back the beauty.
