Best quality equipments for optimal performance. Being a fitness professional in US and India for may years, myself I always needed equipments to practice some advance movements for progression, which I never found in most of the gyms in Kolkata. Even, if I found one they are damn expensive. Daily fitness studio fulfills the need of every individual who is dedicated towards their fitness goals. The trainers on floor are very helpful and friendly. The owner is very friendly and jovial,takes responsibility of creating a happy environment. Right place to start your fitness journey today.

They have all the high end equipment one needs. However, there are no cardio equipment. The space is decent enough to accommodate 6-10 people after which the gym starts to feel a little crowded. I personally don't like to wait so I visit it either early morning at 6 or late at around 10.30-11, the gym is usually empty at these times.
