Sir& Madam, It is sad to know that one of the patients of this centre commented that an ill-fitting ,ugly looking glass / spectacle was given to him/her from "Our spectacle counter ". Let it be known our centre doesn't have any "spectacle shop" in our premises despite having sufficient space. We never intended to have any spectacle shop at our Main Branch because we are fully aware of such "Oblique View" of most of the people . It is not only that we don't possess ,but we also don't recommend any patient to any spectacle shop unless and until patient forces us to guide for availability of any near by optical shop. We are certified by Quality Council of India and National Accreditation Board. We are surgeons ,providing our services with our motto "quality with humanity ". We intend to honestly earn through surgeries and other intervention.We never intend to earn money by selling spectacles. Once again we state on record that CSN Netralaya located at kankarbagh, Patna, doesn't have any spectacle shop. I have been remaining in the treatment of some chronic disease of one of my eyes under supervision of Dr Shivendra Sahay for approx two decades. My eye’s situation was very critical then and even any operation was not possible. But Dr Sahay treated almost my eye’s disorder successfully with certain medicines as I said above that any operation was not possible then. Meanwhile in 2009-10, Dr Sahay suggested me a major operation of my sick eye and reffered to Sankar Netralaya, Chennai. So, I got this operation successfully in 2011 in Chennai and after that again I have been remaining under supervision of Dr Sahay here at Patna and feel better. He is indeed a god’s gift to me.

My sister was having squinting eye & we we're facing problem related to her wedding.Dr Shivendra Sahay of this centre did her surgery .The result was very good and now she is having happy married life .My entire family is obliged to Sir.
