Lovely Experience.. Still I am with that Gym... Good equipments with good people.. My weight was 102kg... I am doing it for last 7months... Now my weight is 94kg... 8kg.. Reduced in 7 months... Good.. Some muscles are also build up.... Looking good bro... By wearing clothes... & Tea Shirts... Hope to be continued... Kudos to the owner Sanjay Da..

Price wise CrossFit Gym is the most competitive in Tegharia area with modern Equipments. You can expect friendly behavior from Owner , trainer & other staffs. You will feel CrossFit as your 2nd home, Sanjay, the owner is very down to earth and soft spoken person with muscularly body.
