The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The staff are the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. Special thanks to Chef Jagadish, staff Swati, Rajeshwari, Nandan and all others who take care of our meal and delighted us during our 5 day stay here.

Please do not miss this excellent place to stay while at Trichy, amazing hospitality, surely has very courteous staff who are very informative and helpful. Special thanks to Chef Mr. Jagadish to delight us with sumptuous meal. Appreciate staff Swati, Rajeshwari, Nandan and others who took extra efforts to make us feel comfortable all through our stay.. I would also want to call out the commendable service provided by Room service staff, housekeeping staff who were always prompt and did their work well. Keep up the great work and love the way every staff greets any given time in a very warm way. Surely would visit and stay here again !!

Had come here for lunch. The buffet was exceptional. It is 799 without taxes and it si worth every penny. The food was delicious and well cooked. Multiple varieties of desert and you can even get pizza,pasta,Dosa varities as well included in the buffet. The architecture of the hotel is very classy and is definitely luxurious. Just went around the hotel and the halls look great. The swimming pool looks fantastic but small compared to earlier. Must visit experience.

The newly renovated hotel and facilities are well maintained. The staff in all areas are friendly and helpful. Trichy kitchen is a nice restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The large spread of food and lots of options for guests. The high-level management staff will be available in reception and listen to our views and suggestions. Housekeeping staff are very helpful and humble in serving the guests. The bar is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel in Trichy and everything is good.
