Literally 3 mins walk to the beach. I found this hotel on a very very very short notice, and the manager was kind enough to guide me through a quick check-in. The rooms are great with a little balcony that gives you a nice view of the tree line, clean bathrooms and linen, and small kitchen like room attached. No frills stay for people not looking for something too luxurious.

Cosmic Holiday Inn's manager, Lenic, is so very helpful, generous, and genuinely kind. He answered my many questions without hurry, offered me a tour of the nearby neighborhood, taught me some Malayalam, and brought me on his motorcycle to a store when I couldn’t locate an item I needed one evening. He is a wonderful manager and human being. There are three guest suites -- each with a balcony/terrace, kitchenette (refrigerator, utensils/plates, sink, electric kettle, but no stove top), private bathroom, and bedroom equipped with a desk/chair, armoire, and TV. One suite is on the 1st floor, one on the 2nd floor, and one on the 3rd floor; the office is on the ground floor. My room was very clean and comfortable. A two minute walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, Cosmic Holiday Inn is in a relatively quiet area, set off the main road. I am very glad I stayed here.
