CONNECT Gym is one of the most spacious gyms in my vicinity. Compared to other gyms the thing that sold this place to me was the instructors who are very keen on training the client. They don’t look for personal training only and don’t just stand around. Lots of light so it feels really fresh. The gym staff is very helpful and friendly and make u feel comfortable and pumped up to workout. All other gyms seemed so crowded n congested compared to Connect. After the change from YFC to Connect there are a lot of changes made and for the better. I’d definitely recommend Connect to all.

The most spacious gym in this area compared to other gyms in the region with with gold standard Nautilus equipment. It is good to see the owner Amit who is a fitness enthusiast and is passionate about his gym which is cleary visible. This is also a motivating factor for regular gym members like myself. All in all have been enjoying this very good experience for the third year in a row. Cheers!!

I like the personal touch about this place. The new facelift and the involvement of fitness atheletes as trainers are the top USPs of Connect Gym. The gym owners and management staff are humble, down to earth and are willing to hear constructive feedback. The equipment is great and the large floor space gives good amount of breathing space (without making it claustrophobic).
