I recently stayed in this hotel in Dec 22, and had a very good experience. The rooms are nice, clean, spacious for budget rooms. Room service was quick and polite. The food they served was extremely tasty and hygienic that some days we ended up eating more even after a tiring day or on a full stomach. We were greeted and sionara’d by very polite staff. There was a miss from our travel agent on booking a cab for sight seeing, but the receptionist quickly arranged for an excellent ride which made our sight seeing a pleasant, relaxed and exciting experience. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

I had my prior bookings online for 3 rooms for a 2 day stay in Udaipur, that too on the weekends (paid for 7 family members). We were at the front desk and the reception operator refused to give us entry, The reason they provide is, "their guest overbooked" -- now what about our prior bookings?? I asked the support and customer cares they tried to communicate with the property owners (vallabh villas), they didn't pick the calls and refused to communicate. .. The support team has shifted me, to another similar property and it took us 2 to 3 hours to do all this stuff I am very disappointed with such acts and I would say that its not only me So many people have been through this. I would not trust this property and urge people to choose other available options .. They have more facilities with good pricings This property is overrated and there was no welcome gesture at all!!

I booked it through Trivo and it showed its rating 4.5/5. Room is not cleaned and hotel has electricity power cut issue, staff is not responsible about the issues.
