We visited the hospital for an emergency as my son had an injury from a fall and had to get admitted. What I liked the most was the doctors immediately attending to my son and explaining the entire procedure. The entire admin teams coordination right from room allocation, insurance formalities, billing and discharge was seamless, without any hassle to us. The nursing staff were very polite and understanding towards my 5 year old. The housekeeping staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The cafeteria services are awesome and they go an extra mile to cater to the patients need. Thanks a lot everyone for helping us sail through a difficult situation.

Firstly, I would like to thank the whole management & staff of Cloudnine Hospital, Kanakapura road for providing an awesome experience during our baby's delivery. Dr. Vinutha Prashanth madam was the main pillar during our pregnancy journey & she's been very kind enough to treat us so well since the beginning until our baby's Normal delivery. Kalpana gave us the best deal and did her job perfectly as a good sales professional. She was very cooperative throughout the process of booking, admission and discharge. All the staff including the nurses, house keeping, cafeteria, billing & security were really helpful in making us experience this wonderful journey of pregnancy at Cloudnine. The surprise which was a candle light dinner for my wife was very well organised by Manju & his team with an amazing food with great taste and utmost care taken during the preparation of each and every recipe provided for the dinner. Nevertheless there were few hassles during the final billing time of discharge, which can be improved by cross checking the details before providing it to the patients/attendants. As a whole, the 3 memorable days spent at this place was an awesome experience in our lives and will be grateful to all the people who made this happen. Thanks a lot everyone for giving us such a wonderful experience!!

Very helpful staff - both medical and non-medical like cafeteria, billing and housekeeping. Have been visiting Cloudnine for more than 5 years now and have always been satisfied with the service. The Kanakapura Road branch is a recently opened one and is very well maintained. Sheela from housekeeping ensured to keep our room extremely hygienic, the billing team, the pharmacy, the support staff, the cafeteria staff and even the security are all well behaved and understand that you are here for a reason and make sure not to bother you with any nitty-gritty.
