In my opinion this Room is better than oyo and other at cheapest prices. Ac, fan with attached bathrooms and wifi all are available. Breakfast is not included here. For two persons this is one of the best in goa. Here 3 person can stay in one room. You have to pay 1000-1500 per day/night as usual timing.

The guest house is located in the residential area, and you get to see local Goa people and their daily life. The rooms are compact and comfortable. With ac and fan. The hospitality is good. I love this place and will definitely recommend to anyone who is willing to stay away from those busy tourist filled areas. You can try local foods and buy awesome breads ? nearby. Very peaceful and calm ? stay for vacation.
