Well maintained and all the information are well displayed.. even a first timer can navigate through the station very well and there are periodic announcement on the next train schedule.. really a top class transportation service, hats off ?

Very well organized. Right from ticket counter to boarding it's very well organized and neat. It's a two minute walk from the Chennai Central Railway Station and connects to airport as well. This is the best mode of transportation to airport from railway station. For one person the ticket for this distance is less than 100 rupees and the travel time is less than half an hour. They'll keep announcing the train status and you will also have staff around to help you out in case you are confused.

Very well built Metro Station. Nice safety feature where the tracks are concealed behind glass doors and only open when the train arrives. Looks very modern this metro station, very spacious gives you a grand feel. Probably the best metro station in India.

It's like a dream come true four chennaities. Good accessibility for commuters although it's located a bit far from Central Railway station. Big space. Presently no other facilities available and most part is under construction. Fast service to most part of the city with slightly higher cost. Definitely affordable compared to autos and cabs in the city.
