Dr.Anand is best....will immediately know what is the issue and will not misguide.....will give only required medicine and 99% of the time 2nd visit is not required.....best treatment

Excellent services.. Well mannered and helpful caring staff.. Dr chaphekar is best. The most best thing is reasonable than any other hospitals.. In vasai I think. No follow up charges.... That's great... Well trained assistant docs.

Really appreciate the efforts that all staff puts for the patient.. Specially the Doctors they are very professional as well as kind.I was admitted to Chaphekar Hospital for 3 days but the entire experience was superb, they have treated me well. At the time of discharge I was falling short of ₹5000 but they have allowed me to discharge and I paid the amount next day... You will never get such co-operative staff in any hospital... Thanks to all.

Availability of the Dr. Under who's name the hospital is should be questioned. Dr. Chapekar isn't available most of the times. Even if he is available an average wait time for patients to consult can go up to an hour and half or more. The wait times are long. Please remember that he is a Diabetes specialist as mentioned on the LED screen running below. He comes in at noon and makes patients wait till over 1:30, these are diabetes patients who need to eat on time.

I don't recommend this hospital. Despite knowing my mother's cancer history, they didn't see the symptoms of recurrence or they didn't suggest any other doctor. Rather they admitted her and treated her for TB and she was discharged before the sample tests could confirm it was TB. She was also asked to continue with the medicines for TB for a month even though the diagnosis was not confirmed. Also the female doctor there is not bothered an ld prefers spending time chitchatting with the nurses than attending to the patient. Worst experience.
