Good place to sit and chit-chat. Ordered Irani Chaai, though the taste was real good still 40 bucks for a small glass of tea is a bit much. Another good dish to try is veg. Biryani. It is quite sumptuous and can fulfil your hunger. The taste is amazing and quite authentic irrespective of being a vegetarian dish. The place is calm and has a "feel good" factor to it. It even has an outside seating for the people who want to smoke. Overall, a good place to sit and kill some time with your friends or foe😛

Chai Kaapi is a place for sophisticated people where they want to spare minimums 30/40 bucks for tea. Place has a good indoor and outdoor seating arrangement; along with smoking area. This place brings in good bunch of crowd. It has a self serving desk and the music it plays suits our taste. Adrak chai and kadak chai is a good one to go for.
