1.specific modes available for machine should be put in use as per specific problems of the person treated instead of only standard mode this will help to publicize the usefulness of the machine. 2. The first batch may be reserved for working people who has to attend office by 9.30 or others attending the first batch may be requested to take therapy any other tine during the day. This would help working class too
