Wonderful place to explore new things and to maintain fitness. Special care and guidance are given to every individual. Trainer(Kavitha akka) is very friendly and her classes are easy to understand Good ambience .... Best place to practice yoga !!

I was distress from sleepless nights because of strain then I went and got guidance from Carga Yoga Centre after the yoga session I feel relaxed and my trouble got overd. Experienced yoga teachers offers good Ashanas, also they guides alot to a healthy life and they explains each yoga pose benefits. The whole place is filled with divine grace and joy due to their innocence and love. Really 100% satisfied! Thank u so much Mam...
