Rooms were neat and spacious. Hotel is also good. Staff are always available. Had a problem with telephone. Need to dial multiple times to connect to reception. Restaurant is not available in the hotel. But it is shown when booked in oyo. Outside food is allowed. They will give you crockery and cutlery. Overall a nice stay.

I would have given 4 or 5 stars if they would have maintained this property in a good manner. Its a new hotel with poorly maintained amenities. Location is good and close to ABIDS circle and 1.5 km from Nampally station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was with less or no spread. No fruit cut, juices, bread toast, only u get a single item breakfast and tea. Rooms are clean and OK but again washrooms are not cleaned properly. Maintenance need to seriously taken care or supervision was not good. Stain marks at many places even its new. Rooms starting 201,202... are in 3rd floor is the strange thing I have seen. While checking I was asked to give 5 star rating there itself which I found awkward. Overall just OK for a short business trip.

It used to be a good place to stay i loved it 2 years back.. It was my go to hotel, but since a year they have disappointed very badly, first they stopped online booking and denied if it's not accepted then they should have removed themselves from the booking app Secondly they don't bother you. .. To the level that they don't even clean your rooms, since they have stopped online booking they stopped giving complimentary toiletries and removed the mini fridge as well even though they charge you for that. Disappointed
