Worst service ever. . .
Delayed check-in for almost one hour.
Almost went nearly more than 10 times for all the service related issues and complaints.
Proper key was not provided.
Early morning got some issue with AC and water got leaked in the room itself.
Will take hotels for peacefulness but that was missing here.
Area was good but hotel was not good.
Even the restaurant also very small and not upto mark for food and also even for service.
Said all these to MakeMyTrip because booked from there and for the apology they gave 200 coupon. But they won't give our time right .
Worst experience ever.....

We have booked as per the ratings and Photos, once we been there faced many problems, there is no much space for parking , No wifi, Beds are damaged and rooms or not clean as expected and finally they will ask our mobile for give the review on Maps, I denied their request and writing my own review... Don't trust the provided Pics.

The bathrooms can be maintained more better as they say its a 3 star hotel. No towels provided, they are making renovations in the lower floors. Their service is very average. Food is very average, their complementary breakfast (better have it in the hotel next to it around the complex).

Bed sheets not changed. Towels not provided. Even water also not provided.
The worst hotel and worst behavior of staff. No proper response and not even no proper words.
1 ? rating is also waste. Never prefer this hotel.

I’ve never stayed in the hotel but visited the restaurant once along with my friends ordered for fry piece biryani the worst biryani I ever had. We asked the waiter why there was lot of oil in the biryani and no taste to that he replied that you were the first to ask me I politely asked him to take suggestions when offered from customers. He was so arrogant no water was served he even didn’t know how many people he was attending to
