Rooms are nice in dis budget, but i found cockroach in room. towel was washed but didnt seem so fresh.. no extra service, accidentally locked my room leavung the keys inside the receptionist told to wait for 30 minutes, then i took keys of another room and unlocked my room so safety may also be an issue

One of the worst hotel experience ever in my life. They don't even allow a single visitor in the room. The comedy is that they don't have a visitor's room.
I booked this hotel for my parents to stay as it's near to my room. But they don't allow me to enter the hotel. At least they have to specify some timing for visitors or provide a separate visitors room. The hospitality is also very bad from the reception guy.
The supply of drinking water is of bad quality. They are providing the refilled single-use plastic bottles(reused many times) which has been used by all the people. They will not even clean the rooms/ pick up garbage at regular intervals.
NB: They don't even consider OYO's check in guidelines. Keep in mind of the receptionist guy.

This is a decent budget Oyo hotel, the building is new and they have relatively large rooms compared to most Oyos. One small issue though, they close the shutter during nights, so if you want to leave the hotel or get in to hotel during nights, you need to wakeup the reception who will be sleeping at the reception area, bit inconvenient I would say. Other than that, the hotel is ok. They have a small restaurant and tea shop right downstairs, so it's quite convenient to grab a quick bite. The hotel location is also in the commerical area so it's easy to get Uber, Ola etc

2. Hotel room condition is very bad.
3. Inside room ther was no tea table and chair.
4. No stool in bathroom which is very essential for sr. Citizen
5. Not supplies soap and sampoo.
5. Everyday not cleaned inside rooms.
6. In all respect this hotel is very bad.

× I have booked my room through Oyo from 22nd sep to 24th, stay was good next day 23rd morning @11 got a call from hotel saying that I have to checkout..I was out of city that time and my bags are their inside the room. I told them I had booked till 24th and he replied I can't find your BOOKING ID, send me your booking id other wise come immediately and vacate the room. I told him I have booking id with me give me sometime, his answer was you need to pay 800rs extra in cash not card.
× I was not informed by any one from reception about complementary Breakfast and I missed my breakfast on that day.
× Hotel and Rooms are very neat and clean with TV and Air-conditioning and hot water.
