The worst Hotel experience in my life. There is no kitchen, they will get you food from outside with double rates. In the name of free breakfast they are taking Rs. 200 extra and Gave 2 idlis of worth Rs. 20 from outside. The water tapes and electrical switches & points are not working and are not maintained. There are no hot water facility, in the name of hot water they gave water heater with a bamboo stick. Very limited television channels. The room service was worst, they don't even have spoons. The bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty. I would love to give minus rating if I am allowed to.

According to their advertisement it is a 3 star hotel. But the hotel do not keep that much standard. Staffs are not professional and don't know other languages than telugu properly.
Heater is not available in rooms. I have misunderstood that this hotel will be a sister firm of western ramachandra and made the booking.
The hotel will be suitable for bachelors, not comfortable for families. I have booked the hotel for 4 days and since I could not change the hotel for 2 more days, I have extended the booking.
Food was ordered by swiggy because their room service was not good. Refrigerator was mentioned in the advertisement, but could not find in the room. Bed lamps were not working.

Infrastructure is okay but service is substandard.
Probably because no training imparted to staff. Service boys don't know what courteous behavior is. And when something is told to them, they would give you naive smiles.
Desk staff appear to be willing to help. Other staff also dutiful.
Bedsheets are not changed often.
Towels were not very great.
Baby cockroaches on floor and bed.
Floor cleaning with smelly cloth, which adds to the aroma.
As I have seen worse, I find this hotel okay for short stays. Wish they get along with quality as earlier days and hope this feedback helps them improve. Otherwise business will flourish anyways in this 'in demand' area...
Both Restaurants are well abuzz in the area. Other reviews cover them well.
