This hotel is good for couples। It's safe for couples। Location is good। Staff of the hotel is good and well behaved to their customers। But rooms toilets are bad। Everywhere in rooms full of hair। Bedsheet and blankets are very diarty। Food in this hotel is averaged। Fried rice,polau,soup,porota are good but every chicken items test is very bad। they served half done chicken and gravy is Just ?। Chicken lababdar, chicken butter masala , chili chicken all are just ?। Nd it's request to the manager plz keep one doormat । It's mandatory।

Behavior of the staff is good.
Rooms are not well maintained, it's not very clean. Rooms are very unhygienic. Quality of the food which we get in that price range is not upto the mark.

The service staff was the most rude and sly bunch of people i have seen across any OYO. Their hotel processes were absolutely irritating. I checked in with my parents. The check-in process alone took us about 45mins. During checkin they clicked pictures of each and everyone - which is something i have never seen before in any OYO. They discouraged us from paying for the booking online. And they mandated 100% advance payment for my 5 days stay. Later on i got to know that this wasn't mandatory, but the hotel staff made it such during our check-in.
I got fruits for my family to eat during the stay. We needed plates to cut and serve the fruits. The hotel charged us Rs. 80 for their plates!! This too i am sure wasn't mandatory. But just the hotel staff trying make additional money.
They didn't get us any bellboy service at check out. Even though staff was available for this at check-in.
Apart from the location, there is nothing good about this hotel. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here.

We stayed for 5 days.Bed Sheet,pillow cover and blanket cover was not changed even once.Only towels were changed after requests.Only cash payments accepted, they said machine is out of order since long.
No toiletries provided. Parking charge was taken @Rs 300 per day.For 2 hours of extra stay,Rs 500 per room was taken. We had booked 4 rooms.
A bad experience.

Not satisfied with the hotel staff behavior. I booked the hotel through MMT and paid the charges online, when I reached there I was told that my booking has been canceled but I was not communicated on prior basis and the reason what was given to me for cancelation was, since I had paid the money online and it will go to oyo so they have canceled it and they asked to talk to oyo or mmt which they were also not sure that whom should I connect. After some time they came with a proposal that room is available but the cot will be separate and I have booked a single room 2x classic and as per description there should be double bed.
My booking includes complementary breakfast but when I asked, then the response I got from house keeping is that your booking does cover complimentary breakfast then again I followed up in reception.
So over all stay was not satisfactory and the reason given by the hotel staff was that there is some business issues with oyo so they are not willing to entertain online guests, which completely baseless for me.
