This hotel is right in the heart of the city. The area name is Himayat Nagar. Shopping for multinational brands are available in a nearby the hotel which includes food, clothing and other shopping. This hotel should have been one of the best when it was built or in the initial phase. The infrastructure is still the best but the hotel management now seems quite irresponsible of its maintenance. The rooms are quite clean and big but not much maintained in terms of repairs. De do provide good toiletries.
You don't get ACs in rooms but you do have centralised blowers provided out of which some may work & some may not. There was a cooling issue in one of the two rooms we booked while we were there. Infrastructure wise the hotel should be 5 star but maintenance and repair wise and due to some other services within, it should be given nothing more than 3 or 3 ½ stars.
The breakfast provider has multiple options and is tasty and good. It could be rated above average but the place of serving them could be a cause of concern with regards to cleanliness. I have added some photos for your easy go-through about how the room looks like and even the breakfast area.

overall experience at the hotel was ok. would give 2.5 stars only. hotel infrastructure is good, my rooms were clean and had a tv, table-chairs, small fridge and a locker inside cupboard. room lighting, fan, ventilation is good. air conditioning is centralised, was ok. no hair dryer, iron, check images posted by me for room details.
note: location i.e. map marker on Google maps is not correct. the hotel is around 200m ahead of current location on Google maps. the hotel is on stree 7 above KFC, burger king, brand factory.
pros: location is on main street with lots of branded shops at walking distance. lots of restaurants and food outlets nearby. lots of must visit places like birla temple, birla museum, hussain sagar lake, gardens are just around 2-3kms far.
cons: reception guys are of no use. room door keys don't work. room service and housekeeping is poor tough the rooms were cleaned everyday. they don't even provide towels. only bath soap was provided. better carry your own stuff. hotel complementary breakfast is not good, poor taste. only dosa, idli, poha or upma or puri bhaji, bread jam/butter is available. tea is bad.
overall: ok for tourists who just want rooms for couple of night stays.

For a place situated in the heart of the city, this place needs to do s lot more.
First, they need to provide support railings for the old and inform to climb the steps at entrance.
Two, the hall in fifth floor needs to be sourced up with better ambience. The audio system is very poor and they don't have cordless mike's and a podium for speakers.
Three The rest rooms are very slippery and dangerous.
Four staff need to be trained to be courteous.

if you have loads of emergency then it's a good place to crash in for a night or two. They should clean better. Staffs are good. Behaviour is also good. Breakfast is complimentary but food is not that delicious.
all in all 6/10 rating for this place. Hope it improves better.

Rooms are spacious. Location is very good. The only thing I didnt like was the maintenance. I felt by seeing some posters on the walls of the hotel that it used to be hotel Millenium that is now owned by Treebo. Hotel is very good and the interiors are nice. Breakfast that is complimentary is also good. It is gotel on 6th and 7th floor of a mall. Overall it was a nice experience. But hotel should work on maintaining a good property to make it better. They need to work on shower cabinets and the lights in washrooms. There is a need of improvement in water outlets in the washrooms. I stayed in 2 different rooms and both had issues with drainage from jaccuzies. Rest everything was good.
