Rooms were okay. No regular housekeeping unless asked for min 4-5 times. Cigarette smell in the rooms. Mostly important - they charge extra amount on checkin (saying that they can't afford the rooms at online price) despite of having fully prepaid booking. They charge around 800-1000 per room per night ADDITIONAL at checkin

Average. Leakage in AC water coming inside the Room from Bathroom. Room #118. Complained Several times but did not have courtesy the change the room. Service was ordinary.

ACs are not working and no maintenance, if u complain they keep on shifting the rooms. Bedsheet are with stains not properly washed. Mopping the floors with bath room buckets. Suggest never book prepaid.

Good for day travellers to get fresh up and leave. This is not for night stay people. Post COVID, service has become worse and maintenance is zero.
