Budget 3rd Floor Stay near KIIT square. Doesn't have Generator power back up but Invertor power backup to support only 2 hours of power cuts. Also you won't find any Mobile/Laptop charging points near your bedside. Also they haven't put any name boards visible from roadside so finding them out is a little difficult.
