5 stars for the staff and their polite behaviour. We stayed as 4 people and the rooms were spacious enough and maintained well. Only concerns are less parking (they have cc camera monitoring anyhow)and they didn't provide a door mat.

Even though it is stated that the room is for three people, it is a very small room with an attached bathroom. In this room, there is only a double cot bed for two people. We had to adjust ourselves and sleep uncomfortably. The cost is very high and the quality of reception is very poor. The room was not set up prior to check-in. There are no blankets, towels, soap, shampoo, or even water. They only gave us a bottle of water for the whole day in a room of three. They say you can take it from the fridge but it will always be empty. The AC in my room has been continuously turning on and off so I had a hard time getting a comfortable sleep. The third person is offered a floor bed and told that there is no extra charge, they believe that they are giving charity. They say RO is available on the second floor but it just tastes like tap water and I don't even know whether the water is purified. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. It is near the railway station and everything can be found within walking distance. I suggest you book this hotel only if there is no other option and keep it as a last resort.

1. The Room was not set prior to check in. post check-in they have arranged for linen and toileteries. Not even Door mat is available in the room. 2. There is this complimentary breakfast, which is absolute waste. They bring only 1 plate of Idly/ Dosa per head and that's it. They charge additional Rs. 300/- for the Breakfast. when enquired about the same, they said they are not responsible and asked me to talk to Goibibo. 3. The Building layout looks very shady. Not recommended for families. 4. Poorly managed hotel. But location is good. There were plenty of options to choose from in the same locality at the same price point, better to skip this one.
