All kinds of fishes available in the morning and evening. You can also buy vegetables and provisions from here. ., Central fish market. Variety of fishes and reasonable price range. Good for bulk buyers and market area is good shopping area for vegetables and bulk provision buyers as well, Calicut comes here to fulfill their Fish , Not so clean. The place always have bad smell of fish waste., But itz OK.. . . Apart from fish, there are meat (chicken, beef, mutton), vegetable shops, provision stores, spices & dry fruits, carpet and plastic materials, etc.available near by.,

Bought a Kg of king fish and one pomfret. You can get it Cleaned for some extra penny. I can see a lot of freezer fish containers section where you also get fresh fish of any variety but you need to but it in bulk. Fish was okay. Besides the market, there is a line of shops who sells dried fishes and prawns. You will get it for a cheaper price.
