Mr Ashvin from food and beverage service was amazing. Very hardworking and polite, kept checking on us if we wanted anything. Thanks for being so kind and taking care of your guest very well. Keep up the good work. Also want to appreciate the whole fnb team Appreciate your hard work and patience. Also not forgetting the chefs for preparing awesome food.

Ashvin was phenomenal and a very pleasing personality. Throughout he was on his toes and didn't flinch even once to assist us or other customers. He has set a customer service bar way too high and has set an example. Also can't forget to mention Ajay who was so sweet and helping and a great manager. Had an amazing experience overall. Also the food was very nice. They can make veg food more spicy as most of them were little sweet and spicy, they need to keep some options just as spicy.

Fantastic dining experience, i have been dining here since last week everyday. Each and every day being escalated to a better experience. The service of uttam, bipra, tarun, prakash, anupam, smiley, reshma are praiseworthy. Chef Tarun has impeccable command on desserts with excellent baking skills. Arun being an excellent manager. This I am writing voluntary after a week long stay here. I would love to stay again.

Should thank the Restaurant manager Ajay Kumar for always willing to customise and do gluten free and vegan preparations - be it inhouse dining or online orders. His attention to detail is superb. Thanks to the General manager Santosh who's always there for you, asst f&b manager Rajesh who is also of good help, Chefs , restaurant executive Prakash and others. Great cuisine and customer service always. Thank you

We had a good time at cafe jade restaurant. Good food. So delicious that we had a good dinner but the service could have been a bit better especially getting attention was something we noticed. However, the staff became friendly after we had a short conversation. Afterwards it was all good. Must try chicken chettinad and appam combination . Also, chicken noodles was mouthwatering.
