This view point is located at the South Western tip of Panjim in Goa just before the Raj Bhawan. It offers a great view of the Panjim City beach facing towards the Miramar Beach and North Goa. The forts of Aguada and Reis Magos can be seen on the other side of river Mandovi. Since the Raj Bhavan is near , cars and not allowed to be parked for long, though you can take your bike all the way to the view point. There is tight security and filled with Goa Police personnel so please don't try any funny tricks. Enjoyed the scenery. Benches are there for seating. Dustbins are there for throwing garbage. Clean and green place.
