What a delight! One of the best fine dining Indian restaurant in Melbourne. We had a beautiful dinner on a very busy Saturday and we were overjoyed with food, ambience and services by entire staff at Bukhara.
Main standout from their menu is dedicated section for people with dietary requirements like no onion and garlic menu which we have not seen in most restaurant.
Overall menu is extensive to cater all types of tastebuds with some unique items you will not find anywhere. Taste is very authentic and customised to suit your needs too.
We had a great experience and wishing team Bukhara very very best and kudos to chef and his team too.!

We visited Bukhara yesterday evening to celebrate a birthday, We were a group of 16 people and had pre ordered to avoid last minute delays and confusions. Believe me they know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell that making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is finger licking good and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. Their Manager/Owner Shiv is super friendly and accommodates every change with a big smile.
So do yourself a favour and visit this lovely restaurant in Truganina. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing, everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had for a while. Highly recommend!

My daughter had her first birthday party at Bhukara restaurant. We are so happy with how it turned out. The staff was so accommodating, the food was amazing and all the guests loved it. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to host a party!

This is the best Indian restaurant in the whole Melbourne. It's a 7 star venue!!The place is immaculately clean, with a varied menu served by extremely friendly staff. Price is very affordable and quality and size of dishes is very high. Lime soda is of very high quality. Just love it. This place is highly recommended. Wish I live closer to this place.

The food at Bukhara Cuisine is exceptional. It is so delicious and well prepared. They provided us a good amount of food for the party and offered the best quality. We went to the restaurant a couple of times, I really love the service at the place. The owner of the restaurant is so friendly and deals with the customers so politely. I highly recommend this place.
