Teaching yoga in the best possible way. Mr. Ramesh is a guru who teaches yoga with complete understanding and guides in every step with patience and the expertise he achieved by practicing yoga. Right from breathing to posture corrections while doing asanas are carefully monitored and corrected. I am fortunate to find this institute to learn yoga. I thank the academy for their support and guidance. I suggest trying this academy for practicing yoga.

I have learnt so many advanced yogasanas and pranayama and breathing exercises.

I really started loving it. Ramesh sir is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! He explains each asana in a detailed manner.
I highly recommend checking the Buddha Yoga Studio. You will definitely gain body flexibility, self-confidence, and yoga will definitely become your stress buster.

The Buddha Yoga Studio.. situated at NGOs Colony, only 200 mtrs from NGOs Colony bus stand. There process of training start with stretching, basic yoga, suryanamaskar basic and breathing exercises. Later, week by week they increase the level of yoga with moderate level. Moderate level with 8 to 10 different type of ashan... This practice till the trainee get perfect posture... Then, they start for the level 3 advance yoga...
The trainner Mr. Ramesh Krishna session are very good, stretch fee, jolly... He support his student alot and helping them to make correct postures.
My wife join here in the month of September 2022 i.e, last month only. We find good changes, feeling relaxed and energetic always. Good result in weight loss too.
Moreover, Mr. Ramesh is expert to provide diabetes and thyroid reduce programme....
