"Ekdum se halat badal diye, Jazbat badal diye" suits to Bsnl now as the staff is changed and they are very cooperative. My views about BSNL changed after new staff. Bsnl services are now better than private players like airtel and Vi. They are now understanding that its an issue from their end, and trying to fix it or providing alternative options.
