Courteous and friendly staff. Mr. Vijay from body repair section and Mr. Anand from service section were very helpful. They clarified every small query I had and never gave any wrong information. Mr. Vijay specially is very knowledgeable and smart. He deserves a raise and pat on the back for his customer obsession. He kept me informed on every step of the process.

This is my BRV V CVT's 4th year paid service. Satisfactory Customer service. My Service Advisor Mr. Achchutha K B is very pro active and taken care of the problems which I haven't noticed. This make me a proud member of Honda family. The vehicle performance has been improved a lot after the service.

Been a long time customer here, regularly give my car (city 2013) for service here, its been a pretty decent here on how they treat customers especially my service advisor Mr. Anand. For an instance after servicing my Air Conditioning unit there was foul smell when driving and I immediately made notice to the management and Anand really made me comfortable and made sure it was alright. Although the service is reasonably affordable they do not overcharge us. Best Regards A K City 8900
