I was there working as a cashier. Mainly at tht time, one service staff named SEBASTIN daily using drinks after night 8 and we cannot understand wht he is saying.He also takes drinks in duty time. The management made me work from morning 7 to night 10.30 without any break or OT just like a machine. They only want business . They don't knw hw to select staffs. One lady is there. Her behaviour feels like tht it is her property and the customers are having food freely. One customer named Ramu complained about tht one morning bad smell of alcohol was coming from the service staff SEBASTIN the management replied tht they terminated him but still he is working there.Tht time I was working there tht is very correct and true.Tht staff daily uses alcohol after night 8 All the complaints and bad reviews written are 100%correct . Abt tht lady is absolutely true.she doesn't even give water.Her attitude is like tht the guests are having food freely. Moreover there is a staff named aneesh .He is taking Pepsi can 7 up can from the combo offers .he never gives tht to the customers. Also he takes food from the supplying food.Actually the customers are having the balance & waste food of the staff there . I never suggest or reccomend BREAD BOWL FOR ANYTHING . ONE TEA 20/- DOING HARM TO GUEST AND EVEN TO STAFFS BY MAKING THEM WORK FOR MORE THAN 10 HRS. Only give 1 star bcz there is no option for 0 star .simply waste cafe useless and good for nothing.

It's located opposite to Medical college in the ground floor of a three storied building. Hind labs is the visible signboard there. The food is average. I have ordered Pav bhaaji and ice tea. I guess they are not so good in both of these. Might be some other food in the menu might be great. Considering the location not a place to hangout as ther is no place for parking your car and its a busy junction and you come by a car then you will be in trouble

I went here last day. It's such a nice place where u can relax and can have nice food with your dear ones. Food quality is good. Staff's attitude is really great. There is one tall big guy who was really nicely talked to us. Awesome experience from this restaurant.

Overall good. Tried their meals, Nice quality and quantity. The owner of the restaurant is very friendly, he even teach me how to eat kerala meals with pappad and meals. Will come again to try the meals when ever visit trivandrum

This place is hidden in a building close to the bus stand and medical college. Ambience is cozy. It's famous for soup served in a bowl carved out of bread. Service is not good. Pizzas are moderate in quality.
