It's a government college,here competitive exam of conducted by Bihar Govt -BCECE or by central govt-ICAR needs to qualify. Each batch there is total 60 seats available and from that 85% seats for students who qualified BCECE and 15% for ICAR qualified students . In this college there is all the practical labs needed for Agriculture degree programs, library, playground and separate hostel and mess facilities for boys and girls inside the campus of the college. And parking area also available . Time to time training program for the farmers and one interested in farming is given to trained them for better future in Agriculture.

Ambience wise quite good with good natural vibe. Hostel facilities are also ok for students to live. But no auditorium.
