First of all this gym is a boy gym. It's very cheap. Owner/trainer is a very humble and hard-working man. I myself worked as fitness expert. So I can mention that skill wise the guy really have gutts to improve your body. He is really very good. U must join the gym. My personal experience: m working on my thighs and quit bomiso gym which is having 2-3 branch in gurgaon and join this gym and getting very good response
