One of the best gyms in bilaspur. Nicely arranged. Separate cardio and weight training floors. Ample space. Steam bath, separate changing rooms, lockers, keys, Well behaved trainers. Price reasonable.

Hello fitness enthusiasts! If you're looking for the best ambience gym then i'll highly suggest you to join Body Temple. All the essential machines and equipments are there with expert trainer. Trainer's are very nice and humble. Body Temple has a restorant as well for healthy meals. At the top floor they have amazing swimming pool. Price is little bit higher than others gym in bilaspur.If you look at this according to it's facilities and services,Your money worth here. Ample parking space for your any kind of vehicle even if you are coming to Body temple in the Truck ? Thanks & get a free tour of the ambience of Gym : )

Thursday: 6 am to 12 pm, 4 to 9 pm
Friday: 6 am to 12 pm, 4 to 9 pm
Saturday: 6 am to 12 pm, 4 to 9 pm
Sunday: 6 to 10 am
Monday: 6 am to 12 pm, 4 to 9 pm
Tuesday: 6 am to 12 pm, 4 to 9 pm
