Good equipments and best trainer for the beginners and for professionals also. Many achievements in weight lifting and winners of tournaments belongs from body temple . Trainer has helping nature and he also improves the body posture.

The main trainer has been crowned Mr World 2015 in body building. Very helpful and cooperative trainers are there. One of the best gyms I have found till now. There are good quality equipments with a positive ambience inside the gym.
