The best oldest gym for advance learners & beginners with vast space and large amount equipments along with so many wide variety of machines.The trainner Shahid Bhai is one the best trainner & have a experience of more than last 15 years .Well planned exercise chart and diet plan is created for individual person according to office workers,students.,etc.
