I love to workout.It is my stress buster and this gym is a perfect place.!! Azhar and Rameez bhai are always there to help us with each and every detail either it is with respect to nutrition diet,fitness etc.

Friday: 6 am to 9:30 pm
Saturday: (Bhogi), 6 am to 9:30 pm
Sunday: 6 to 11 am
Monday: 6 am to 9:30 pm
